Where does Kaleidos Makeup ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 7 to 15 business days for international orders.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, Kaleidos is 100% cruelty-free. The majority of our products are also vegan; please check the specific product pages for a full list of ingredients and certifications.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
