Returns & Exchanges

At Kaleidos Makeup, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been swatched, opened, or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at support@kaleidosmakeup.com with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original primary packaging and ensure they are safely cushioned in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix your shipping label and send the package to our designated return center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
